We're committed to using stainless cookware, avoiding microwaves, aluminum, or non-stick pans. This ensures the quality and safety of our food. We incorporate good fats like beef tallow in our cooking. Not only do they enhance the flavor, but they also protect against disease and inflammation, support cell function, hormone production, and help your body produce feel-good chemicals.

Ideal for high-heat cooking, beef tallow is a rich source of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K2. These vitamins are essential for immune health, bone strength, cellular function, heart and brain health, and support healthy skin.

We use filtered reverse osmosis water in our kitchen. This process removes fluoride and chlorine, which can contribute to various health issues. We believe in the importance of adding minerals through food, not water.
