Hedgewood Farms
Hedgewood Farms’ journey mirrors the growth of a tree, shaped by both flourishing seasons and times of hardship, each experience contributing to its development. Since its start in 2017, the farm has weathered moves, climate changes, and challenges, but continues to adapt and grow, now focusing on dahlias, trees, and shrubs while embracing whatever the future may bring. Building a Strong Community
As a new local restaurant, our mission goes beyond serving great food—we’re here to help our community grow and thrive. We believe that when neighbors come together to support one another’s businesses, we create something truly special: a network of trust, opportunity, and shared success.
Every time you choose to shop or dine locally, you’re investing in the people who make our town unique. You’re helping families, creating jobs, and strengthening the bonds that connect us all. Together, we can build a community where everyone feels supported, valued, and proud to call this place home.

Somerset Schoolhouse
Steeped in history, our unique business operates in a 1920's one-room schoolhouse, now transformed into a vibrant Speakeasy and home and gift boutique, offering a remarkable blend of past and present. The lovingly restored Schoolhouse stands as a tribute to its past and a renewed gathering place for the community. Visitors are invited to shop, relax, and reconnect in this cherished piece of Somerset’s heritage.

Today, our Country Store, Family Farm, and 80-acre orchard work together to bring visitors an authentic “Orchard to Cup” experience—celebrating tradition, quality, and the simple joy of sharing the fruits of our labor season after season.
